Finally, here’s the review of the Nokia N96 by GSMArena.
Being a successor of the Nokia N95 8GB, Nokia N96 has some king-size spec sheet to top and it can’t be accused of not trying. There’s FP2, double the built-in storage and DVB-H. The bloodline is strong but the crown is heavy and ancestral sins will be held against the heir twofold. The modest battery capacity and the downgraded CPU do raise some questions that need their answers. Join us for an out-and-out review of Nokia’s latest top-of-the-shelf offer. Let’s see if it has got the performance to walk in them shoes size N95.

Here are some reviews of the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic
“The generous 3.2in widescreen display is pleasingly responsive to the touch, while it features a superior camera to the iPhone, as well as the ability to record video – a basic feature missing from Apple’s device.
Its web browser is fast, thanks to the phone’s reliance on the high-speed 3G network and support for Wi-Fi, but it’s just not as much fun to use as that on the iPhone.”
“Touchscreen mobile phones are the big thing at the moment, mainly thanks to the iPhone.
Now, at last, Nokia has joined the fray and its Tube smartphone - or Nokia 5800 XpressMusic - has the potential to eat into Apple’s market share.
Nokia’s touchscreen is arguably on a par with the Apple handset and is likely to cost significantly less when the final operator packages are worked out. Nokia says the phone will cost about £220 before taxes and subsidies.
Here are the highlights of a phone that, together with Google’s G1 phone, will make the mobile smartphone battle really interesting.
There is a 3.2-inch display, smaller than the iPhone’s. But with a widescreen 640 x 360 pixel display and 30 frames-per-second playback and recording, the device provides high-quality video recording and playback.”

LG KC910 Renoir
Preview of the LG KC910 Renoir by GSMArena.
“LG KC910 Renoir represents the latest and greatest of the cameraphone breed. It tops latest connectivity technology such as HSDPA, Wi-Fi and GPS with serious image and video capabilities. Xenon flash, face tracking and blink detection, geo-tagging and touchscreen focus are combined with XviD and DivX video playback and high-res recording.
The LG Renoir is also equipped with a 3-inch TFT display and the latest version of LG own Flash-based full touch user interface. It’s simple, intuitive and functional, and is further enhanced by automatic screen rotation and landscape on-screen QWERTY text input.”
